(ii) New and existing note participations and sell-downs for US based lenders (CMBS and Balance Sheet);
(iii) Joint venture opportunities for US sponsors through preferred and/or common equity participations;
(iv) Minimum investment amount 25mm and up;

Principal Investments
Paramount, through its DTC entities, makes principal equity investment towards value-add and opportunistic real estate transactions. Distressed Asset Resolutions

Cross Border Investment Advisory
